OF FOXES AND WOLVES

On their debut album you can hear acoustic, "unsampled" drums, 80s analog synthesizers, grand and upright pianos, electric and acoustic guitars, electric bass guitar and two lead singers, surrounded by varied choir arrangements. Although Mark and Stevie are identical twins, their voices are completely different and have a unique character. They take turns singing within the songs and create a distinctive and one-of-a-kind vibe.

The songs were mixed and mastered at the Glaswall-Studio in Brooklyn, NY by Grammy-nominee Joshua Valleau who worked on productions of Arooj Aftab, Snoop Dog, Estelle, Kanye West, John Legend and many more.

ABOUT US

Twis on a Tree is a German-British rock and indie pop group formed in Berlin, Germany, in 2017.

The group consists of the identical twins, Mark Widdowson (vocals, lead guitar) and Stefan "Stevie" Widdowson (vocals, bass).  Their friends Sebastian Pan (acoustic guitar, backing vocals) and Marco Teriet (drums) joined the band in 2021.
